Project scope

permission to; a) construct a two storey extension to existing dwelling house; b) alter & extend existing attached structure (formerly used as a dwelling house), for proposed use as independent living accommodation; & c) construct pitched roof over existing projection to rear, together with other alterations to existing structure. Proposal to also include new proprietary waste-water treatment system & other associated ancillary site works, using existing site access, at Tievaleny, Shantonagh, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan
