Project scope

permission for the development of the following: • the construction of a ‘centre of excellence’ building to be used for storage, demonstration, research & development and related purposes. the building will have an overall floor area of approx. 1,344m/sq incorporating single and two storey elements. • the provision of company signage to elevations, • the provision of 2 No. entrances onto the L7320 local road (consisting of 1 No. general entrance and 1No. HGV services entrance), and on-site parking. • the provision of an onsite WWTS and Percolation Area, together with all other associated landscaping and ancillary site works.
