Project scope

permission for alterations and renovations to an existing 2-storey vernacular dwelling house, permission for a 2-storey extension and a single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing vernacular dwelling, permission for a new domestic waste water treatment system, permission for improvements to the existing site entrance to include new site boundaries with all associated site development works. Significant further information was received includes revised structural drawings, alterations to the site boundaries, and new landscaping plan.
