permission for proposed works which will comprise of alterations to existing Potting Sheds and change of use to Artist's Studios (previously approved PL 19/574). Works will include an increase in floor area, alterations to the floor plan and elevations, development of a ramp access, canopy and alterations to the external staircase to the tower. Also pergola/ramp link between Potting Sheds and Dance Studio and internal alterations to Dance Studio. All to include external works and connections/alterations to site services and all associated site works. All within the curtilage of a Recorded Protected Structure, ref No. 41401716, Significant further information received relates to submitted proposed drawings, Water Protection check list, Site Characterisation Form, Infiltration rate test, waste treatment system
