Project scope

retention and permission for a development the proposed works will consist of the following: 1) To retain change of use from a single storey agricultural shed to a two-storey style dwelling house with carport and garage on ground floor level, with increased ridge height, elevational changes and retain entrance gate pillars with wing walls and concrete apron at roadside, and 2) Permission to complete the development and proposed new sewerage wastewater treatment system and percolation area, additional sunroom extension, raising of ground levels to the southwest side of the existing development, and all ancillary site works
