permission for the construction of a single-storey extension to the existing bus station by enclosing the existing internal courtyard area, the reconfiguration of the entire internal layout of the building to improve accessibility and functionality, the replacement of the existing roof finish, the reconfiguration of external fenestration and recladding of the existing building using fibre cement façade materials, the reconfiguration of existing bus circulation to provide 4 no. new bus bays, the installation of a new canopy to the rear of the building to provide additional covered waiting areas for customers with the installation of c. 118 Sq M of solar voltaic(SV) panels on same, new boundary treatments around the site, the provision of a dedicated guide dog relief area with associated landscaping works, the reconfiguration of the car parking layout, including the creation of designated pedestrian walkways and a new drop-off area, the construction of new pedestrian crossings at each vehicle entrance, and all associated site and development works necessary to facilitate the proposed development
