Project scope

planning permission for a development which will consist of the change of use of a vacant supermarket and overhead accommodation to a one bedroomed apartment on the ground floor and a three bedroomed apartment on the first and second floor along with associated services, which includes 1.0 Changes to the front elevation (new windows and doors at ground level and replacement windows on the upper floors), a new entrance to facilitate the development and 2.0 Alterations to the rear elevation (Demolition of part of the existing rear extension, provision of raised terraced areas and provision of external stairway).
