Project scope

the proposed development will consist of revisions to previously approved house extension, permitted under Reg. Ref. 23/987, comprising: a) Reduction in the overall GFA of previously approved extension from c. 115 m2 to c. 76 m2 together with associated revisions to internal layout at ground and first floor level. b) Revisions to the front/ west elevation, comprising revised fenestration, including the omission of 1 no. window, and revised roof profile and material finish. c) Revisions to the rear/ east elevation, comprising revised fenestration, including the omission of 2 no. windows, and revised roof profile and material finish. d) Revisions to the side/ south elevation, comprising revised fenestration, including the omission of 1 no. window, revised roof profile and material finish, and re-integration of the proposed extension with the existing residential dwelling. e) Revisions to the side/ north elevation, comprising revised fenestration, revised roof profile and material finish, and re-integration of the extension with the existing residential dwelling
