Project scope

the development will consist of: A part single-storey, part two-storey extension to the rear of the existing bungalow dwelling. A total extension area of 128.6sqm comprising of a first floor (40.9sqm) Master bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom together with a ground floor (87.7sqm) extension including Living room and bootroom areas. Replacement of existing septic tank with a proposed new Waste Water Treatment System and associated percolation area. As well as all associated internal and external alterations and site development works
