the proposed development consists of the construction of 15 no. two storey terraced dwelling houses in 3 no. blocks of 5 houses, new vehicular entrance onto Blackhill Crescent, landscaping, new boundary treatments and all associated site works on site to the East of Blackhill Crescent, Donacarney, Co. Meath. It is also proposed to extend the existing public path serving Blackhill Crescent to a new crossing point to link the proposed development to the local path network
