change of use of 1.1ha agricultural lands to a vehicle storage compound, extending the existing permitted facility (granted under ref. MCC Reg. Ref. LB151327 and Waste Permit Licence Number WFP-MH-12-007-01). Vehicles being stored on the subject site will include (i) s.41 Garda seized vehicles; (ii) crashed and damaged vehicles awaiting insurance assessment; and (iii) ELVs (pending their removal to an authorised waste transfer and recycling facility).
