(C) Redesign and construction of the previously granted new residential spaces: 1. A single storey main family house of 204.2 sqm. 2. A single storey granny flat of 69.5sqm (D) Revised location and design of previously granted vehicular access. (E) Revised location and design of a waste water treatment unit and polishing filter and all associated site works and landscaping to integrate the new structures within the surrounding landscape
