Westbank Group Limited intend to apply for permission for development overall site c 1.3022ha at Park Electrical, Belgree Enterprise Park, on the Belgree Road, Kilbride, Co. Meath. The proposed development will provide for: Demolition of existing building on site (c. 14.3sqm); • The construction of 1 no. warehouse and assembly facility (approx. 3,490.2 sqm total GFA and 11.5m in height) including ancillary office space, waiting/reception room; lobby, canteen; circulation areas, WCs, shower and changing facilities; • The provision of 2 no. dock levellers and 2 no. doors on grade for loading and unloading of Heavy Goods Vehicles; • The provision of 22 no. car parking spaces (including 2 no. accessible parking spaces, and provision for 20% of spaces for EV Charging facilities); • An underground attenuation tank located at the eastern boundary of the site; • An on-site waste water treatment plant to the western boundary of the site; • 1 no. sign area on the eastern elevation of the proposed facility; • c. 328 sqm PV solar panels at roof level; • All associated site development works including lighting, landscaping and engineering works.
