the development will consist of the following alterations to existing two storey structure: 1) To convert existing vernacular style two storey agricultural building to habitable use with internal layout alterations and external elevation alterations, 2) To construct a part two storey and part single storey extension to existing vernacular style agricultural building for habitable use, 3) To demolish existing single storey lean shed to side of proposed buildings to be converted, 4) To install sewerage treatment unit and percolation area, 5) all ancillary site development works
