Retention permission for amendment to previously approved permission (Reg. Ref. NA40126). The amendment for which retention permission is sought is the removal of condition No. 23 (demolition of this dwelling) and to retain the existing single storey detached dwelling and adjacent garage. The works for which permission is sought are demolition of existing pitched/part flat roof structure to the existing dwelling and construction of a new 1st floor pitched roof to create a 1 1/2 storey structure on front elevation with pitched roof dormer within rear sloped roof profile to accommodate bedroom areas, together with a part 2 storey/part single storey pitched roof extension to rear, associated alterations to existing internal layout & fenestration to facilitate the revised layout, provision of a new vehicular entrance from the L5013, a new waste water treatment plant & associated percolation area and a new private water well, together with all ancillary site works, landscaping and site drainage.
