for infilling of lands with material consisting of clean, uncontaminated soil and stones, including article 27 material (by-product), to raise the levels and improve the land for agricultural purposes. permission is also sought for one temporary portable toilet, one wheel wash facility and one temporary onsite portacabin which will serve as an office for the duration of the infilling process. Also, a Certificate of Registration waste permit (up to 25,000 tonnes) will be sought from Meath County Council Environment Section.
