The proposed development consists of retention permission of the existing modular structures on site, consisting of 2no. hot food take away units and a coffee dock, together with an outdoor seating area with overhead canopy, a temporary storage unit and toilet facilities. The application also seeks planning permission for a new farm shop building, along with a bin store, car & cycle parking, landscaping and all associated site development works including improvement works to the public roads adjoining the site. The application also includes for minor alterations to the locations of the existing modular units on site.
