A Material Amendment to the previously approved two-storey dwelling under Planning Reg. Ref. RA181438 and Extension of Duration Reg. Ref. 24205. The proposed amendment includes a revised layout and site strategy for the new two-storey dwelling, designed to better align with the current Development Plan. The revised dwelling will feature four bedrooms and associated bathroom facilities at first-floor level, with a living room, sitting room and dining / kitchen area, at ground-floor level.
