(B)Permission also sought to demolish the adjoining vacant building to the south of building A which is fronting onto the public road. (C) Permission also sought to demolish the existing block of vacant barns /sheds located centrally on the site. 1. Full planning permission sought to retain the existing workshop attached to the south of building A (reference no. 072138), and then permission sought to demolish part of that existing workshop 2. Full permission sought to retain the existing shed (Shed B) at the rear of the site which is used for the storage of machinery associated with the Ballyhaunis Plant Hite LTD. 3. Remove the existing septic tank and connect to the public mains. 4. Full planning permission sought to construct a new building attached to the south of Shed B, this building will consist of tool/plant hire and sales shop floor with associated offices, toilets, canteen, workshops and storage areas and all ancillary site works
