Project scope

Permission for the following: (a) The construction of a 2 storey clubhouse building to the north of the existing clubhouse, to comprise 2 no. dressing rooms, shower rooms and toilets at ground floor level, and meeting room at first floor level; (b) a new all-weather/astro-pitch with floodlights and perimeter netting/fencing; (c) a new perimeter fence and walkway around the existing main playing pitch; (d) a new players shelter to the side of the main playing pitch; (e) reduction in size of the existing training pitch and provision of 4 no. floodlight poles and floodlighting; (f) all associated site development and drainage works associated with the proposed development
