Permission for the change of use from a sunroom to a new double bedroom, demolition of existing lean-to and flat roof construction over sunroom and rear access storage area, to be replaced with a new flat roof construction, internal block wall dividing the sunroom and rear access storage area to be removed, new rear and side extensions to include a wet-room off the double bedroom, rear side hallway/link corridor, new wheel-chair accessible ramps to the front, side and rear elevations, alterations, improvements and all associated site development works
