Retention of existing tarmacadam finish to existing access road, car park and running track (previously granted permission Ref. No. 19571). 3. Retention of paladin fence and entrance gate along L2307 on the northeastern boundary. 4. Retention of palisade fence around memorial garden on south eastern corner of site. 5. New single storey clubhouse building along with new covered bicycle parking and PV panels. 6. New surface water drainage system 7. New proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area. 8. All landscaping and associated site works "SPLIT DECISION" 1. TO GRANT RETENTION PERMISSION for the cabin structure AND TO GRANT PERMISSION for the provision of a new wastewater treatment plant with soil polishing filter and decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment plant subject to the 5 conditions set out in Schedule 1 attached. 2. TO REFUSE RETENTION PERMISSION for the 2m high metal fence and electric gate to front boundary for the reason set out in Schedule 2 attached. 3. TO GRANT RETENTION PERMISSION for the cabin structure AND TO GRANT PERMISSION for the provision of a new wastewater treatment plant with soil polishing filter and decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment plant subject to the 5 conditions set out in Schedule 1 attached.
