The development will consist of the demolition of single storey extensions and outbuildings (sheds) to the rear and side of the existing two storey dwelling and the construction of a new two storey extension (dwelling) to the rear and side of the existing dwelling. It will include for reconfiguration of the internal layout of the existing dwelling.
