The development will consist of the refurbishment and restoration of the existing protected dwelling (13900807) and the demolition of existing outbuilding, the construction of a new single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, internal and external alterations to the existing dwelling, the decommissioning of the existing septic tank and the provision of a new wastewater treatment system and coco filter together with all associated site development works. Retention permission is also sought to retain the static caravan on the site for the duration of the project.
