Project scope

of PL 21/126 - (A) proposed construction of a warehouse unit to be used in conjunction with existing onsite transport, logistics & warehousing company: (B) proposed alterations to the ground floor level of existing office/warehouse unit previously granted full planning permission under Pl04/1206 to include for the provision of additional office space together with alterations to the front façade of the building to facilitate same: (C) proposed removal of existing hedgerow along the site frontage & the proposed continuation of the existing front boundary wall along same and all ancillary site works
