Project scope

the construction of proposed extensions to north, south and east elevations together with amendments to fenestration of the existing west elevation on the existing bungalow type dwelling house. The proposed extensions include: 1. single storey extension to south elevation; 2. single storey to east elevation; 3. single storey garage & utility extension to north elevation. The proposed amendments to fenestration include: 1. the relocation of front door to the west elevation of the dwelling; 2. installation of new window to existing front door ope to south elevation of projection ; 3. installation of new window to north elevation of projection; 4. enlarging of sitting room window on west elevation of projection together with all associated site works
