the retention of foundations and permission for the construction of a two-storey dwelling house, proprietary wastewater treatment system, tertiary treatment unit/polishing filter, associated site development works and all ancillary works. The Significant Further Information relates to: a revised site suitability assessment and site characterisation report prepared in accordance with the EPA Code of Practice –domestic waste water treatment systems (Population Equivalent =10), 2021; a completed local need form together with supporting documentation; and a revised development description clarifying that the proposal relates to retention permission and permission for new development as a standalone development
