Project scope

the construction of a new, 3 Storey Manufacturing Facility, Warehouse and carpark, along with ancillary sheds, totalling 9,545 sqm, consisting of: i. 3No. Clean Rooms, Packaging Room, Warehouse, Tool Room, Quality Lab, Offices and ancillary rooms to the above. ii. 9No. External Storage Silos, 11m high, with an approximate cubic capacity of 40-45 metric tons. Containing Polypropylene, semi-rigid material used in the manufacturing process. iii. 4No. Loading Bays. iv. Screened external plant area with Air Handling Units to roof. v. On site structures for Electrical requirements, Bins & Pallet Stores. vi. Demolition of 1,755sqm of existing Buildings & Sheds. vii. Reduction in width of the existing site entrance, the addition of a truck-only exit to the east of the existing site entrance and a proposed new road and pathways from The Laurels Road viii. A controlled pedestrian crossing on the N63 ix. Together with associated signage and all other ancillary and associated site works
