Project scope

the proposed extension to the rear of an existing two storey derelict dwelling house together with renovations, replacement of the existing septic tank system with an onsite suitable wastewater treatment system with polishing filter, all of which will be accessed by existing entrance gates and wall which are listed as a protected structure/structures on the protected structures list of the Longford County development plan 2021-2027, i.e., rps no.199, and all ancillary site works whereby it is now proposed to redesign the proposed extension
