Project scope

the proposed change of use of an existing bungalow-type dwelling into a crèche/full-time early years education and afterschool service. The development will include the proposed construction of a single-story side extension, proposed decommissioning of existing septic tank system, proposed installation of a suitable onsite treatment system with polishing filter, a playground with perimeter fencing/wall, provision of on-site car parking and a drop-off area along with all associated site works, whereby it is now proposed to revise the site layout plan to include amendments to the traffic management and parking layout
