Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

i) Proposed change of use of existing buildings from Commercial and Residential to Multifunctional Community, Arts and Commercial use; ii) The demolition of existing rear extensions to nos. 112, 113 and 114 Maiden Street, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick; iii) The?redevelopment of the original buildings at nos. 112, 113 and 114 Maiden Street, to provide a commercial space and community space at ground floor level and flexible community and multi-purpose rooms at first and second floor levels; iv) The restoration and refurbishment of the existing stone building along Brewery Lane and provision of new connections to the rear of nos. 112, 113 and 114 Maiden Street; v) The construction of a new extension to the rear of nos. 112, 113 and 114 Maiden Street, comprising an open courtyard with pedestrian access to Brewery Lane and additional space at first and second floor levels; vi) Public realm improvement works to Upper Maiden Street, including paving and all associated works; vii) And all associated site development works, including site clearance, boundary treatments, drainage, services and utilities
