Apartment development

Project scope

a) The demolition of the existing building which consists of a commercial premises (ground floor 90.9 sq m) with apartment over (first Floor 60.1 sq m). b) the construction of a 2 and 3 storey building, to include 6 no. apartment units (4 no. 1 bedroom units, 1 no. 2 bedroom unit, and 1 no. 3 bedroom unit), a 150 sq metre ground floor Community space and ancillary spaces such as secure storage for 10 no. resident covered bicycle parking spaces and communal refuse storage area. c) Site and external works to consist of the removal of existing side gates and piers, the provision of 10 no. car parking spaces, one of which is reserved for wheelchair use, the provision of 5 no. covered cycle spaces, improvement of public realm areas to including the replacement of footpaths, connection to the existing foul and surface water network, and all other associated site development and landscaping works
