Project scope

a) The demolition of the existing single storey dwelling (floor area 45.7 sq m). b) the construction of 6 no. 2 storey dwellings in two blocks consisting of 3 no. 2 bedroom dwellings and 3 no. 3 bedroom dwellings. c) Site and external works to consist of the removal of existing gates, front boundary wall and piers, the provision of 8 no. car parking spaces, one of which is reserved for wheelchair use, the provision of 6 no. covered cycle spaces, improvement of public realm areas to including the replacement of a footpath, connection to the existing foul and surface water network, and all other associated site development and landscaping works
