construction of 58 no. dwellings comprising of 3 No. 3 bedroom semi- detached dwellings. 12 no. two -bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 3 no. terraced blocks of 4 no. dwellings consisting of 6 no. mid-terraced two bedroom units and 6 no. end of terraced three bedroom units (12 units in total) and 4 no. two bedroom single storey semi-detached dwellings. The proposal to include vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access, car, bicycle and motor cycle parking, landscaping, SuDs features, public lighting, boundary treatment and a separate construction access route.
