No. 24/60075 comprising: (a) Retention permission for the demolition of former derelict buildings at No. 11 & 12 Clontarf Place, Limerick; (b) Permission to reinstate and extend the buildings with minor revisions to former and permitted elevations and internal layouts including the removal of the former shopfront to now comprise a revised proposal for 2 No. one-bedroom dwelling units of 2 storeys in height at No. 11 and 12 Clontarf Place, Limerick; (c) Permission for elevational changes with respect to window/velux window and door arrangements on the North, South, East and West Elevations and minor amendments to floor plan layouts for permitted development of the permitted development at 1-4 Wellesley Place, Limerick; (d) Permission for revised arrangements for bin storage provision for the permitted development and to serve buildings at adjacent No. 62-66 Henry Street; (e) Permission for revised arrangements for bike storage provision to serve the permitted residential units including all associated site development works. The overall development retains the original unit mix permitted as 7 no. 1 bed units in an overall development of 2 storeys in height. All other development remains as permitted under Planning Ref. No. 24/60075
