Project scope

construction of a poultry house, concrete aprons, feed silos, clean and soiled water storage tanks and carry out all associated ancillary site works. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application. The EIAR will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of the Planning Authority. An EPA-Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) licence will be applied for to facilitate the operation of the proposed development
