Project scope

a development consisting of 59no. residential units comprising 42no. houses, 2no. duplex’s and 15no. apartments. The houses will consist of 2no. detached houses, 24no. semi-detached houses and 16no. terrace houses. The duplex’s will consist of 1no. 2 bed and 1no. 1 bed units in a two-storey block. The apartments will consist of 9no. 2 bed units and 6no. 1 bed units in a four-storey block. The development will also include construction of all associated roads, site entrance, boundary treatments, retaining walls, footpaths, car parking, bicycle shed, street lighting and all ancillary site development works including connection to services
