Project scope

temporary event accommodation and ancillary infrastructure to serve the Ryder Cup 2027, comprising: on Site A, a tent area, glamping accommodation, a bar/lounge, a wellness area, a picnic space, sanitary facilities, water facilities, a services compound, and emergency facilities; and on Site B, campervan parking, car parking, sanitary facilities, water facilities, a services compound, and emergency facilities; together with all associated site works, access arrangements, temporary structures, signage, and boundary treatments. The development is temporary in nature and all structures will be removed and the lands reinstated following the event
