Project scope

the provision of temporary event accommodation and ancillary infrastructure to serve the Ryder Cup 2027 at Adare Manor Golf Course, comprising: on Site A, a tent area (99 pitches), glamping accommodation (77 units), a VIP bar/lounge, a wellness area, a picnic space, sanitary facilities, water facilities, a services compound, and emergency facilities; and on Site B, campervan/ motorhome parking (102 spaces), car parking (approx. 560 spaces), sanitary facilities, water facilities, a services compound, and emergency facilities; together with all associated site works, access arrangements, temporary structures, signage, lighting, and boundary treatments. The development is temporary in nature and all structures will be removed and the lands reinstated following the event
