Project scope

modifications to the permitted Building C under Application Register Reference 25/60219 (originally granted permission under Application Register Reference 22/950) to include the following: (i) the amalgamation of permitted Unit Nos. 4 and 5 and change of use to café at ground floor level to create new Unit No. 5 totalling 280.3sqm., (ii) the subdivision of permitted Unit No. 2 at ground floor level to create new Unit No. 2 totalling 116.2sqm. and Unit No. 3 totalling 141.8sqm., providing for 5no. ground floor units in total, (iii) internal modifications to floor plan layouts to include new mains water tank room at ground floor level and new toilet facilities at first and second floor level, (iv) the provision of additional plant to include cold water storage tank room and VRF units at roof level and, (v) a new ESB substation with associated switch room and the relocation of permitted bin store and all other associated site development works
