Project scope

a seven year planning permission for development, to extend the existing site and business at Ballycummin, Raheen Co. Limerick. The proposed development will comprise: (a) construction of a two-storey motor sales & service facility with photovoltaic panels including a motor showroom and service workshop; (b) Valet building & bin store; (c) car wash; (d) ESB Substation; (e) external plant enclosure; (f) car parking including vehicle display, customer and employee spaces; (g) signage including (a) 1 no. totem sign; (b) 3 no. free standing internal arch signs; (c) 1 no. directional signs; (d) 2 no. facade screens; and (e) building signage; (h) a new entrance off the R526 road; and (i) all associated site works including landscaping, boundary treatment and pedestrian connection to existing operational site A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of the proposed development and?accompanies?the planning application.
