Project scope

(a) changes to front elevation at ground floor level comprising (i) changing fully glazed conservatory style section to solid wall, finished in fibre cement cladding, with 5 individual windows and 1 front door (with overhead canopy) and (ii) changing roof profile from sloping glazed roof to flat roof with parapet capping, (b) forming new door and new window to side (north) at ground floor level, (c) partially blocking up and alterations to window ope to form new door to side (south) at lower ground floor level, (d) changes to fenestration to rear elevation at lower ground and ground floor levels comprising (i) blocking up 1 window and changing 1 window to sliding door at ground floor level and (ii) alterations to 2 windows and changing sliding door to window at lower ground floor level, (e) change from plastered finish to fibre cement cladding to rear elevation at ground and first floor levels, including to sides of rear dormer, (f) changes to rear roof elevation comprising closing up 1 roof light and forming 2 roof lights and (g) all associated site works
