the alteration to the existing shared entrance serving 2 existing houses. The boundary entrance wall to the west of the entrance serving Castletroy house is to be removed and new splayed wall constructed. The existing boundary entrance to the east of ‘Loran’ is to be relocated to incorporate additional front garden space to serve this house with this splayed wall being built to mirror that proposed to ‘Castletroy house’. A new vehicular entrance is proposed to replace the existing pedestrian entrance to serve ‘Loran’. Boundary wall to be constructed to the side and rear of ‘Loran’ together with all associated site works. No alteration is proposed to the public footpath or public road at this location,
