Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

the following development at Boroughville, Shelbourne Road, Limerick: (a) to remove the existing garage to the side of the existing dwelling house; (b) to remove the existing single storey extension to side and rear of existing dwelling house; (c) to remove the existing boundary hedge within the Boroughville site rear garden where necessary, and replace with a block wall; (d) to construct a new 2 storey extension to the side and rear of the existing dwelling house.(e) to construct a new single storey conservatory to the rear of the dwelling house; (f) to construct a new single storey garden office/ gym with services in the rear garden of the dwellinghouse; (g) to provide a new garden gate for access from the rear laneway; (h) all associated site works and services
