Project scope

all works already executed, including: Removal of heating system and some finishes throughout, including fireplace elements, timber floors, skirting boards, dado rails and other works as described in the drawings, Removal of sub-floor timber joists to 3 ground floor rooms, Removal of 3 timber sash windows to ground floor of return to rear, Removal of oil fired central heating system. Permission for development is being sought for other works including: Re-opening of an existing doorway to south and existing window to east, Insertion of new internal doorway to ground floor toilet, Refinishing of slate roof to return to rear, Provision of new timber subfloor to 3 ground floor rooms, General upgrade works to include internal insulation, replacement of PVC windows and external doors with timber goods, insertion of oil fired central heating system with associated goods, insertion of new rainwater drainage routes from outlets to soak-pit, modernisation of the electrical and plumbing system within the dwelling, and all other associated site and general works above and below ground. The works are in the curtilage of a Protected Structure (RPS 1053, NIAH 21806029)
