Project scope

the partial demolition works carried out to the existing dwelling house, and planning permission to complete the demolition of the remaining structure. Planning permission is also sought for the permanent closure of the original entrance to the property, and for the change of use of the existing agricultural entrance previously permitted under Planning Reference 23/269, to serve solely as the domestic entrance to the proposed dwelling house. Planning permission is further sought for the construction of a new replacement dwelling house, garage, the decommissioning of the existing septic tank system and the installation of a replacement wastewater treatment system and all associated ancillary site works
