Project scope

1.) attic conversion area of 52.8sqm, 2.) first floor gable windows to the front and the rear of house and 3.) rooflights to the sides of house; Permission is also being sought for the following: 1.) construction of a single storey flat roof extension to front and side of house, 2.) construction of a dormer window to the north-west side elevation, 3.) demolition of side gable to south-east side to facilitate storey and half extension with increased roof height across the width of the house along the north-west to south-east axis to accommodate first floor habitable rooms, 4.) all associated elevation changes, 5.) decommission of the existing septic tank and replacement with new wastewater treatment system, tertiary treatment with disposal bed and all associated site works above and below ground
