Project scope

the demolition of the former Olympic Ballroom and the construction of two blocks of one to three storeys. Each proposed block contains 15 no. Apartments giving 30 no. apartments in total comprising 20 no. One Bedroom Apartments at ground floor level and 10 no. Two Bedroom Duplex Apartments at first and second floor level. Proposed ancillary works include single storey bin and bicycle stores, 30 no. parking spaces at grade, a landscaped communal open space between the two proposed blocks and upgrade works to the public footpath
