Project scope

1.) demolition of an existing shed to the rear of the existing dwelling, 2.) demolition of a 2 storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, 3.) demolition of 2 chimney stacks to the existing dwelling, 4.) construction of a 2 storey extension to the rear and construction of single storey extensions to sides and rear of the existing dwelling, 5.) construction of a ‘storey and a half’ garage/storage area attached to dwelling by a new single storey carport, 6.) removal of the existing septic tank and connection of all wastewater pipes to the public mains infrastructure and all associated site works above and below ground
