alterations and extension of an existing dwelling-house, including demolition of front entrance, existing rear extension and removal of all chimneys, construction of new single storey extension to the rear south and east elevations, a two storey extension to the west elevation, a single storey front covered entrance, dormers at roof level to both the north and south elevations, additional associated works to the main dwelling, a new domestic wastewater treatment system, additionally, new cladding and south facing roof lights to the existing garage roof and all associated works
